Promoted to Data Analyst, March 2022. Responsible for translating business needs into actionable Power BI reports and dashboards. Modernized the data architecture of LPS by building out a dedicated pool (data warehouse) and utilizing Azure Data Factory to copy data into the dedicated pool.

Previously served as a Compliance Analyst mainly overseeing the quality assurance of the call center. While conducting monthly QA audits, collaborated with managers to update the grading criteria to provide job specific feedback. Trained multiple peers on the new criteria and how the QA audits are conducted. Also conducted vendor compliance and internal access audits.
